1. Uncoiler
Function: double roller bearing steel coil, double roller drive, hydraulic lift and center the steel coil, double cone head type discharge coil.

2. Lateral Strip Guide
Function: Adjusting from both sides, centering and

5. Trimmer:

7. Prebending Unit:

Performance:
·Forming machine has good rigidity and security, can ensure long-term produce, form steadily.

Function: The foundation of the equipments in front of the forming machine. It forms the required angle by hydraulic pressure cylinder. It can be rotated and adjusted around the center shaft according to different steel strip width and diameter requirement to meet with different forming angle.

10. Inner welding device:
Function: Used to fix and adjust the inner welding
head, ensureseam guide and weld.
Composition: Mainly consist of the support, welding
head mobile slide and conductive wire feed dry, etc.

12. Pay-Off table:
Function: The foundation of the equipment behind
the forming machine. It can rotate a minitrim angle

13. Flying cutter:

6. Payment terms :
1. 30% as advance payment, and the contract comes into force at the same time;
2. Two months after the contract comes into force, the supplier will pay for 30% of the total amount of the contract as the stage payment;
3. Complete equipment manufacturing, the supplier need to pay 30% of the total amount of the as payment for goods, deliver at the same time;
4. Equipment commissioning and installation is complete, after the buyer accept, buyer needs to pay 5% of the total amount of the contract for acceptance;
5. The balance 5% of the total amount of the contract as a quality retention money will be paid till warranty period is over(warranty period is for one year).
7. Delivery time and transportation:
1. After the contract comes into force 150 days deliver equipment.
2. Transportation means: trucks.
3. Freight will be paid by buyer.
8. Acceptance standards
1. According to the GB related and technical agreement.
2. Acceptance according to produce two kinds of steel pipe, the diameter will confirm by both party.
9. Promised projects, performance data and performance test:
After installation and commissioning, go on examining and acceptance to equipment, choose two kinds of typical products to load test, the products meet with the corresponding national standard requirements. (Test specifications is depend)
Description:
During acceptance, the seller's guidance, the buyer site personnel operation, mutual support, to cooperate to complete production line assessment acceptance work.
within 5 days after acceptance, two parties will sign an commissioning acceptance documents, for the problems found in the acceptance, if it is the responsibility of the seller, through the mutual consultation , it will be repaired and replaced by the seller.
10. Quality promise and service items:
Equipment quality assurance period is one year, and provide long-term technical update and support.
11. Seller provides technology files schedule:
1. Within one month when the contract comes into effect, the supplier will provide the layout of equipment
2. Within one month when the contract comes into effect, the supplier will provide the following documents:
Equipment anchor bolt arrangement drawing.
Equipment wind, water, electric contact diagram drawing.
Equipment electrical line diagram drawing.
3. The following drawings will be sent along with the equipment delivery by supplier:
Equipment general arrangement plan drawing.
Equipment hydraulic principle diagram, piping diagram drawing.
Equipment electrical schematic diagram, wiring diagram drawing.
Equipment installation drawings
Equipment wearing parts diagram drawing.
Unit operation and maintenance instruction for use.
12. Bilateral liability
1. The Buyer’s Duties
a) The accommodation for the Seller’s engineers.
b) The foundation civil construction according to the Seller’s drawing. And prepare the water supply and electric power according to the Seller’s request.
c) Cables, bevel iron, water and air pipe.
d) Release the related payment according to terms of payment condition. If delay the payment, the delivery time will be delayed.
2. The Seller’s Duties
The Seller is responsible as below:
a) Guide to install and commissioning the equipments, train the Buyer’s worker on electrical, mechanical and hydraulic.
b) Supply the general layout, foundation civil construction layout, electrical pipeline layout, air, water and electric connection layout in duplicate after the contract comes into force within 30 days. Supply the installation and maintenance principle drawing, electric principle drawing and operation manual in duplicate along with delivery.
c) Supply the brand-new, not used complete equipments according the specifications.
d) Provide long-term, free of charge technology consultation. Provide the services free of charge during guarantee period. Replace the parts due to the Buyer destroy on run free of charge (exclude the wearing parts).
